When Dani Wainwright and I met at a networking event, we quickly realised we shared the same frustration — and the same values. Growing a successful business shouldn't mean giving up on yourself.

The Breather is our answer: a day retreat at the stunning Swinton Estate in the Yorkshire Dales, where a carefully selected group of business owners swap ideas, tackle real problems in mastermind sessions, and recharge through wellness and adventure activities.

One business per niche. One founder per company. No competitors in the room, no pitching, no pressure — just peers who genuinely understand your problems.
